HR Executive / HR Generalist in Kota Damansara

The HR Generalist / HR Executive is responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks and initiatives, including advising both employees and Managers on People Management Effectiveness, coaching, corrective action issues, employee development and compliance initiatives.

This role has a primary focus on assisting Head of Department in day-to day HR Operational and Administration including Payroll, Recruitment, IR / ER, Compensation & Benefit, employee data management and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedure.

The suitable candidate is someone who has passion, patience, a multi-tasker, willing to learn new things, a fast learner, an educator, willing to travel and willingness to perform any tasks assign by the Head of Department.

Payroll Management

• Handling monthly payroll for clients, ensuring data accuracy and timely salary disbursement;
• Gathering, updating, processing and checking monthly client data for update;
• Handling more than one HR related software such as SQL payroll, leave management system and attendance system;
• Ensure consistent monthly submission of statutory contributions;
• Preparation of annual tax document i.e. EA Form, CP8D and Employer Form E;
• Liaise with clients on any payroll related issues; and
• Liaising with relevant government bodies to ensure adherence and compliance to the related laws and regulations.
