Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in Business Administration Supply Chin Management, logistics or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in purchasing or procurement Good knowledge of purchasing procedures , inventiry control and supplier management . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) and familiar with purchasing or ERP systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills . Detail- oriented , well -organized and able to work under pressure. Able to work independently and as part of team .
Job Specification
- Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and ensure procurement procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory level and coordinate with logistics and store departments for timely stock management.
- Keep accurate track records of purchased items, delivery schedules and related shipping documents.
- Update and monitor ordering and reporting for schedule C1 and C3 items (ensure data is current and aligned with government policy )
