Our client is looking for a Record to Report Team Lead to oversee a small, dynamic team and manage the full spectrum of accounting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience from a Shared Services or BPO environment, strong leadership capabilities, and a drive for continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end R2R operations, ensuring timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead a team of 3–5 members, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle general accounting processes, including fixed assets, intercompany transactions, inventory accounting, transfer pricing, and lease accounting.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with company and accounting standards.
• Drive continuous process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives within the R2R function.
• Act as the main point of contact for issue resolution and ensure seamless communication with regional and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and ensure alignment with global process standards.
