DCG TECHNOLOGY was established by three experienced directors who have successfully operated UK-based companies : GlobalDiagnostics Ltd (2022), Multidiagnostics Ltd (2015), and Startool UK Ltd Together, they bring over 23 years of niche industry expertise to this new venture. They plan now to merge all 3 businesses, and relocate all business operations to DCG Technology over the next 24 months. The company has been set up, the company agreements are in place, and starting Capital deposited, the next stage is for all stock stock to be relocated from the UK,

The strategic relocation to Malaysia follows careful analysis of global market trends and operating conditions. The directors believe Malaysia offers a more stable and scalable base post-Brexit, enabling faster growth, improved access to the Asian market, and better proximity to key suppliers in China.

DCG aims to absorb and transition the customer base from its UK entities while continuing to serve Europe and North America via its central hub in Kuala Lumpur. The digital infrastructure has already been unified under , which will serve as the primary online sales and customer support platform.
