Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. Some work from home is acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align with business goals.

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Proven market research and trend analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandarin is a must.
