We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our Japanese-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with experience in resolving customer inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Position : Executive - Customer support (Japanese Monolingual or Japanese / English bilingual) Job scope : Take care of inquiries from customers who are using our clients' services in Japan via phone callls and chat. Working hour : 2 days off, 24h rotational shift Work location : Ara Damansara office (onsite only)
What You'll Do :
π― Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese
π§ Resolve technical issues and product-related questions
π Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
π€ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues

What We're Looking For :
