As part of our expansion, we are looking for suitable candidate to provide support to the Service Manager in the following job responsibilities :
Job Description
- Attend customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures.
- Manage service appointments registration.
- Promote service and parts sales.
- Execution of CS related duties and responsibilities.
- Co-ordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction.
