- . This role is critical to aligning HR execution with our Middle East business objectives. You will lead the HR team for Pico Middle East, ensuring the team acts

, while partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Reporting to the
SVP, Pico EMEA
and the
Corporate Development & HR Director
, you will oversee HR for Pico Middle East's core business and provide shared services support to Special Projects and Pico Play.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Partnership
Collaborate with senior business leaders to strengthen core business and lead special projects that drive growth and sustainability.Implement HR strategies that support business success across diverse Middle East markets.Support corporate HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.HR Operations & Employee Experience
Lead and optimize HR operations with your team, enhancing processes for maximum organizational effectiveness.Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a seamless experience.Balance strategic oversight withhands-on involvement
in daily HR operations and employee engagement.
Talent & Employer Branding
Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, including training and development programs.Promote our company's culture and values to strengthen our employer brand and attract like-minded professionals.Compliance & Regional Oversight
Manage exit processes, disciplinary actions, labor relations, and legal compliance.Oversee HR operations across the Middle East region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and responsiveness to market-specific needs.Qualifications & Requirements
15–20 years of HR experience, including substantial leadership exposure.
Extensive experience in HR strategy development and implementation.Proven track record of managing teams and driving HR initiatives.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Experience working in the Middle East is highly preferred; candidates familiar with the region or currently based there will be prioritized.
Ability to travel occasionally within the region.Skills & Competencies
