Job Title : Retail Staff (Promotion Path to Store Manager)

Work Hours : 11am to 7 : 30pm, 6 days a week

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team. You’ll be part of a fast-growing company dedicated to spreading the love for Gunpla and the art of model building.

This role offers hands‑on experience in store operations, customer service, inventory, and merchandising — with the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager position based on performance and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and organized inventory.
• Handle cash register and point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
• Process online orders, packing, and stock updates when needed.
• Provide product knowledge and advice on Gunpla kits, tools, and paints.
• Manage stock levels, restocks, and assist with new arrivals.
• Support marketing and promotional activities (events, workshops, social media posts).
• Report directly to management and help coordinate daily retail operations.

Work laptop and phone provided.
