ASSISTANT MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Penerangan pekerjaanBuild and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, industry partners, and government agencies to enhance business collaboration and growth. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen client engagements and secure long‑term partnerships. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry insights to inform strategic decision‑making and business development strategies. Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase hospital services, solutions, and value propositions to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service‑level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring favourable terms and mutual benefits. Drive sales initiatives, lead generation activities, and marketing campaigns to acquire new clients, expand customer base, and achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales pipelines, track business performance metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute business development projects, partnerships, and initiatives within defined timelines and budgets. Ensure effective project delivery, stakeholder communication, and alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards. Explore new market opportunities, geographic regions, and service lines for business expansion and diversification. Contribute to branding strategies, promotional activities, and marketing efforts to enhance the hospital's brand visibility and market presence. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and drive business success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders, build rapport, and influence decision‑makers. Leadership qualities, team management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop junior business development professionals. Results‑oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering business outcomes. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite for sales reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. Office‑based work with frequent meetings, client visits, and networking events within and outside the hospital premises. Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate business meetings, events, or client interactions.
