Finance Executive

Stonyhurst International School, Penang is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Finance Executive who is able to manage the day-to-day finance and administrative functions as well as general accounting which includes preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers and balance sheet, bank reconciliations, and assist in monthly closings and accounts analysis.

This includes but is not limited to assisting and coordinating with the preparation of audit process to ensure the full compliance to reporting deadlines accounting standards and tax laws, which includes the preparation of relevant schedules to be provided to the auditors and tax agents. • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or other relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a school environment and / or in the related field is an added advantage.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
