Expected roles and responsibilities
A motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources & Administration team.The intern will primarily assist in administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination related to the implementation of the Centre of Excellence (COE) program.This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and project support.Assist in preparing, compiling, and maintaining HR-related documentation for the COE program.Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and record management.Support the coordination of training, workshops, and activities under the COE program.Assist in drafting letters, memos, and reports related to HR and COE initiatives.Update and maintain HR databases and trackers as required.Liaise with internal departments to collect and consolidate information for reporting.Perform other administrative and HR support duties as assigned.Who Should Apply (Students pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's degree in) :
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Internship Period : September 2025 onwards / 2026Characteristic / Behaviour / Competencies
