Cashier executive

Penerangan pekerjaanMentor, train, manage, and oversee junior cashiers as necessary by providing assistance during customer interactions, verifying prices, and acting according to store policy. Maintain a positive work environment for all Cashiers. Resolve cash tills at the end of every shift. Generate accurate till reports for each register. Manage and perform all check-out functions on a daily basis. Communicate clearly and openly with customers. Manage the check-out area and ensure each station remains clean and efficiently run Respond to Cashiers' requests for price checks and other functions for customer service Listen to customer complaints and questions and refer them to the assistant manager when required Ensure all stations have adequate cash and change at all times
Requirements
- Willing to participate in on-the-job training
- Candidates must poses at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Diploma / Degree in any Field.
- At least Four (4) years of working experience in retail industry field is required for this position.
- Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin, Tamil, and local dialects is an added advantage.
- Pleasant Personality and able to communicate with the customers.
