Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime value
- Monitor and optimize loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize customer engagement
- Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn through personalized offers and communications
- Optimize program performance by analyzing participation, redemption rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement data
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture customers at every stage of their journey
- Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing team to plan loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Push notifications, email, in-app, etc.)
- Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU / MAU, purchases)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics rolesStrong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketingStrong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modelingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent project management and communication skillsDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitmentPassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyaltyNote : This description retains the essential information from the original posting and does not include extraneous boilerplate items.
