Attend to daily billing enquiries, requests and complaints received from customers through the service line, correspondences, homepage / emails, outsourced call centre & walk-in customers and ensure that they are resolved within the stipulated level of service (LOS).
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or Customer Service from a recognised University.
- Possess 1-3 years' experience in customer services.
- Ability to conduct on-job training and prepare training materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Leadership skills with good planning and organising abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- PC literate in Microsoft Office.
