Role Overview :
You will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Handle payroll processing and staff expense claims
- Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and tax submissions
- Oversee general office administration, procurement, and vendor management
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Liaise with external accountants, tax agents, and banks
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in IT firm preferred)Proficient in accounting software and MS OfficeStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
