Customer Relationship Management Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanRespond promptly to customer inquires via phone calls, emails and Whatsapp messages. Provide accurate information about products and services Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, offering solutions to resolve issues effectively Make outbound calls to customer to share products information and updates Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction Engage with customers in informal settings such as tea or meals to strengthen rapport Actively listen to customer needs and exceed their expectations Collaborate with CRM team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that surprise and delight customers Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address and pacify customer dissatisfaction Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, filing and documentation Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management, providing insights into customer interaction and feedback.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- A passion for engaging with people and building relationships
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Can communicate fluent in Mandarin & English
