Executive - Accounts Receivable

Overview

We are Sunway Trading & Manufacturing, one of the Sunway Berhad subsidiaries. The Trading & Manufacturing division operates through seven major product groups, namely Hoses and Fittings, Heavy Equipment, Heavy Equipment Parts, Building Materials, Industrial Hardware, Material Handling and Commercial & Industrial Automotive. We serve a diverse range of industries including agriculture, construction, logging, manufacturing, marine, mining, oil and gas, quarrying, plantation as well as automotive. Responsibilities

To perform credit control activities including monitoring of receivable aging, contact customers for payment commitments, issue statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents to customers. Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions. Process and update daily bank in cheques. Monitor and update post-dated cheques. Update AR aging and resolve AR dispute and discrepancies. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time. Qualifications / Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field. Must be computer literate. Possess good analytical skills. Must be well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Should be a team player. Responsible and able to work independently. Skills
