We are looking for a dedicated Operation Personnel to support and manage the daily operational activities at our retail stores in Johor. This position will be employed under an outsourcing service provider and assigned to work at our Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the area stores sales achievement.
- Recruit, train, lead and motivate the sales force.
- Monitor the operations status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions, including operations workflow and inventory management to improve the retail operation regularly to Sales & Operation Manager.
- Ensure the operations system and procedures are being practices and followed.
- Carry out routines in accordance to standard operating procedure including opening & closing of the store, money handling and cashiering.
- To ensure the retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
- Analyzing trends in customer purchases and evaluating changes in the retail market, derive insights from analysis and suggest for appropriate solutions.
- Analyzing sales performance on a regular basis to ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Gather and manage sales materials required for the business. Executes or undertake responsibilities to support any ad-hoc projects as determined by team / manager.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.At least 3 years of working experience in the beauty or fashion retail industry.Strong leadership skills, result oriented and good communication skills.Travelling is required for store visits to Johor, once a month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
