Sales Manager (Working Location : Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu)

Penerangan pekerjaanHead the sales department and all functions pertaining to sales Manage the sales team & direct them in their daily sales functions Obtain reliable & accurate market intelligence and track market movements of wholesale & retail prices of products Plan & coordinate sales coverage of both local and outstation sectors Conduct meetings with sales personnel, collate market information and execute instructions given Require flying outstation on short trips regularly Other matters as directed by Management Minimum 10-12 years relevant working experience Must have very good sales skills Diploma or Degree Holder Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong analytical, planning skills with an eye for details Excellent work attitude and able to carry out Management’s objectives Possess excellent leadership and Management qualities Familiar with FMCG products Hardworking, patient, tolerant and able to persevere Must be able to perform well in direct sales with customers Salary will be commensurate with experience
