Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing strategies to selection and on boarding, ensuring talent quality and diversity.
Job Scope :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Support talent mapping and market research for multilingual, niche, or high-volume hiring needs.
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates to create a strong pool of talent for future opportunities, especially retail team.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Manage and continuously improve employer branding and early talent programs (internship, apprenticeship, graduate hiring)
- Plan and execute the annual Training Needs Analysis, develop training roadmaps aligned with business goals, and administer HRDC
- Prepare, administer, and maintain records of training bond agreements, employment contracts, and document stamping to ensure legal compliance and proper documentation throughout the employee life-cycle.
- Manage all Disciplinary related and Industrial Relations related cases.
- Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in handling Recruitment functionStrong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.Knowledge in Training & Development & Industrial Relations would be an added advantage.
