Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate / Degree in Administration or Human Resources equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
- Familiar in payroll administration and company asset control
- Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
- Fluency in speaking, reading & writing Mandarin is highly desirable as you may need to communicate with Taiwan HQ.
Responsibilities
Provide support of general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.Manage office supplies, company assets and ensure stock levels are maintainedHandle all HR-related administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and managing employee records, daily attendance, overtime, leaves, medical and ensure all documentation is up to date.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulationsCommunicate effectively with staff members to provide guidance and support on HR, payroll, and administrative matters.Routine and ad hoc tasks assigned by superior / Management.Benefits
