Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Handle all incoming communications, including screening calls, emails, and visitors, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the executives
- Manage the executives' schedules, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely completion of all requests
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate and organise company events, meetings, and other functions
- Maintain and organise office supplies, files, and other resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
