Expand and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and revenue generation.
Represent the company and promote its products and services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry activities to increase brand presence and build new contacts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Take ownership of tasks and client requests to maintain the company’s reputation.
Track and follow up on project billing status in coordination with Finance to ensure timely collections.
Contribute input to sales forecasts, business plans, and long-term commercial strategies.
Provide support or guidance to junior business development team members when required.
