Head of Sales

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies.
Prepare operational and
financial reports
for the sales department.
Lead, manage, and develop the sales team,
focusing on training and career growth.
Set and allocate departmental
performance targets
aligned with company goals.
Drive initiatives for
business development
in the payment sector.
Support the implementation of the company's business objectives.
Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
Qualifications
At least 5 years in payment gateway / aggregated payment sales, specifically with experience in PSPs dealing with high-risk merchants, and over 2 years in team management, or startup experience in an aggregation company.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Proficient in English and Chinese.
Proficient in various sales management and CRM systems.
Deep understanding of payment product characteristics and processes, with expertise in market research, product development, and implementation.
Strong business insight, commercial sensitivity, and ability to align plans with company strategy.
Preferred candidates will have experience negotiating with key clients and strategic partners.
Highly perceptive, able to handle complex situations, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated team leadership skills
with a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve performance targets.
Passionate about the business, resilient under pressure, and skilled in driving cross-team collaboration.
