• About the Role :

As Regional Head, you'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy in South East Asia. You'll leverage your expertise to :

• Ignite Revenue Growth
• : Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to conquer new markets and expand our presence.
• Build a Dream Team
• : Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team & IB's to achieve exceptional results.
• Foster Lasting Relationships
• : Cultivate strong partnerships with key clients, Introducing Brokers, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
• Requirements :

5-6 years of sales experience in the Forex broking Industry

Understanding the nuances of forex domain

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams

Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills

Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve

Having good network of IB's and Clients

Origin of the person should be any one of these countries ( Malaysia / Vietnam / Indonesia / Thailand ) or having more than min 5-6 years of experience in the same market as sales head with forex brokers .
