Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management (a Master’s Degree or HR certification is a plus). 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act. Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
