Own the end-to-end design and governance of global HR processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business strategy.
Define global process standards, policies, and KPIs, and ensure they are embedded across regions and functions.
Lead global projects / initiatives, including process harmonization, system enablement, and continuous improvement programs.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, Audit and wider P&C teams) to ensure processes are compliant, efficient, and future-ready.
Monitor and evaluate global process performance, identify systemic issues, and drive resolution through structured governance and escalation mechanisms.
Act as a strategic advisor on process-related risks, opportunities, and innovations.
Champion a culture of operational excellence, embedding process discipline and data-driven decision-making across the People & Culture function.
Responsible for the creation, management and up-keep of Global P&C knowledge content including policies, guidelines, FAQs etc that is needed by the business.
Ensure the right controls and exception processes are in place and exercised, in partnership with Regional Operational Excellence Managers, under an agreed global governance.
Contribute into management and review of internal / external audits of Global P&C processes where required, providing recommendations where appropriate changes should be required.
The Successful Applicant
Has at least 10+ years in process governance / ownership under OPEX function or in similar global roles.
Deep expertise in global process design, governance, and transformation, ideally within HR.
Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving, with the ability to balance global consistency and local relevance.
Proven experience in leading cross-regional programs, including technology implementations and change management.
Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially at senior leadership levels.
Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and how they enable process excellence.
Ability to translate business strategy into operational process design and performance metrics.
Experience in policy development, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation in a global context.
Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
Skilled in using data and feedback to inform end to end process decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
