Job Description
A Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving a company's revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, leads from webinars, social media & marketing.
- Participates & closes leads from webinars and offline seminars.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations & quotations on products.
- Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections / rejections from a variety of platforms.
- Assist in support for customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
- Assist in data management for blasting & calling for new & existing customers.
- Update daily reports.
