Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Source and attract candidates through different platforms.
Conduct onboarding procedures for new employee, including documentations, workstation setup, work kit preparation, and onboarding session.

HR Operations & Administration

Prepare HR letters such as employment contract, confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination, etc.

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documents (digital & physical).

Coordinate office administrative support, such as stationery, uniform, and ID cards.

Prepare HR reports for management.

Payroll

Process monthly payroll and claim reimbursement.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll-related data.

Handle income tax forms.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries and employee matters.

Organize employee engagement activities, team-building, celebrations, and etc.

Performance Management & Training

Coordinate the performance review and appraisal process.

Track probation confirmation and performance review timelines.

Plan and coordinate in-house or external training programs, and maintain training records.

Maintain records for HRDF claims and training grants.

HR Policy and Compliance

Maintain and update the Employee Handbook.

Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and related regulations.
