Basic Salary + allowance+Uncapped High Commission up to RM8000 above

About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Era Moden Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to promote our products and services

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation

Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and collateral to support sales efforts

Analyse sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build brand awareness

Provide excellent customer service and be a trusted advisor to our clients

What we're looking for

Relevant diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within the marketing and communications industry

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and data analytics

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Fresh Graduate welcomed

Familiar with Social Media

Speak fluently in Bahasa Melayu
