ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Darwine Groups Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Butterworth, Penang. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing invoices, able to handle cost control, monitor cash flow and ensuring accurate bookkeeping and accounting practices.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and general ledgers
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, monitor cash flow and other financial documentation
• Reconciling bank accounts and petty cash on a regular basis
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing support to the finance team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
