JOB DESCRIPTIONS : -
- Liaising with clients, carriers, and service providers to coordinate timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Preparing and processing import / export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs.
- Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to internal teams and clients.
- Able to deal and liaise with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, Transporters and Customs officer if necessary.
- Responsible in submitting relevant applications / documents to Custom, MITI, MIDA, MOF and other relevant government bodies for application of duty & tax exemption.
- Implement proper filing system for all documentations which is related to Logistic Department.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases to support logistics operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : -
Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistic field or equivalent.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Willing to learn, adaptable and proactive in daily tasks.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : From RM1,700.00 per month
