Tech Talent Malaysia is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing specialist focused on technical, digital, and engineering talent. We help organizations build stronger teams through innovative sourcing, screening, and placement strategies across permanent, contract, and project-based hiring. We also leverage Gen AIpowered solutions to enhance every stage of the hiring process, analyzing CVs, accelerating matching, and delivering data-driven insights. These AI solutions are available to clients for their internal hiring teams, and this role will help market and expand this next-generation recruitment offering. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Tech Recruitment Services & Solutions to contribute to growth by winning new clients, deepening key accounts, and driving adoption of our Gen AI recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (Technology, FinTech, Consulting, Engineering).
- Manage the 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition and account management to collaboration with recruiters for delivery.
- Promote and sell Tech Talents Gen AI recruitment solutions to help clients modernize and accelerate hiring.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and actionable insight.
- Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets to guide clients strategically.
- Attend industry events, tech meetups, and HR forums to expand brand visibility and pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent client engagement and pipeline management.
