We are seeking dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This role is shift-based and requires strong communication skills to handle inquiries and support customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist customers with application processes, repayment inquiries, and general support
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department
- Ensure service standards are met and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work in rotating shifts (morning / evening / weekends – 8-hour shifts)
Requirements :
Fluent in Malay (spoken & written) is preferably.SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any fieldPrior experience in customer service, call center, or telesales is an advantageAble to work under pressure and meet daily targetsWilling to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidaysPositive attitude and good problem-solving skillsBenefits :
