Job Contract : It is 1 year contractual role, it can be renewable depending on the performance.

Interview : 2 interviews , Virtual

Candidates must be Local Malaysian to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce repetitive tasks, improve cloud operational
  • Design, implement using AWS CDK, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation
  • Support day to day Global Cloud Operations primarily on AWS infrastructure, Azure

experience is a plus

  • Handle incident and request ticket using platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux\RedHat environments
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to Windows Server, Linux and AWS services such as

    • IAM EC2 Lambda FSx ALB S3 RDS and other key components

  • Participate in monthly patching for Windows and Linux systems.
  • Assist with AWS migration cloning EC2 snapshot management backups and disaster recovery

    • processes

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures SOPs system diagrams and technical

    • documentation

  • Respond to high-severity (P1) incidents and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution and

    • root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with DevOps , Architect and Engineering teams across global time zones.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including occasional weekend support

    • What You'll Need (Preferred Skills & Experience) :

  • Proficient in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux (RedHat),and core AWS services (EC2,

    • Lambda,IAM,S3,CloudFormation,and others), Azure experience is a plus.

  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform, and AWS

    • CloudFormation

  • Understanding of DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and

    • automated deployments.

  • Solid understanding of cloud networking : VPCs, subnets, security groups, VPNs, and Route 53

    • (DNS).

  • Familiarity with cloud backup and recovery strategies, snapshot management, and monitoring

    • tools.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in operational environment, including occasional weekend

    • support.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations\Devops or IT Infrastructure Support roles.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in AWS (primary focus); Azure is an added advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high-pressure, critical incidents.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
