Job Description

  • Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services
  • Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems
  • Monitor sales and service orders / expedite parts
  • Digitize documents to the server, i.e test results, project files etc
  • Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests via iProject, ECN, LPG, Kselect, etc
  • Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to invoicing
  • Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (inter-company & external)
  • Provide technical support for the product marketing & training functions
  • Perform other related technical support functions as assigned from time to time
