HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Familiar with the monthly payroll process by checking components such as overtime, annual leave, medical leave, attendance, and other related items.
• Liaise with manpower agencies to verify monthly invoice details and ensure accuracy before processing.
• Review daily production attendance for any disciplinary issues or attendance irregularities.
• Update attendance records (Unpaid Leave, Absences, etc.) in the Attendance System for all employee categories (production workers – local & foreign, and office staff).
• Ensure all HR records and attendance logs are kept up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in handling matters for foreign workers matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
