Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage. About the role
QM OPTICAL TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. This full-time position is based in our Maluri, Kuala Lumpur office.
What you’ll be doing
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
