Penerangan pekerjaanRelevant experience in Wealth Management, Fund Operations, or Investment Settlement. Good knowledge of investment products such as Unit Trusts, Bonds, Equities, and Structured Products. Familiar with regulatory requirements (SC, BNM, FIMM) and reporting standards.
Position title : Manager, Wealth Business Support & Settlement
Location : Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Responsibilities
- Manage the Investment Operations and Settlement team in managing daily transaction-related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and execution instructions to Fund Houses.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external partners on operational and compliance matters.
- Supervise and guide team members in handling queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist senior management in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare regulatory and management reports, and respond to ad-hoc information requests.
- Coordinate and monitor corporate action events as advised by Fund Houses.
- Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
