Team Leader

to lead a high-performing group focused on delivering innovative educational solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of SaaS and cloud-based products. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful deployment of education technologies. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a BDR team of 6-8 sales specialists and technical consultants. Drive adoption and implementation of Cloud solutions across commercial organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet enterprise goals and KPIs. Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and career development support to team members. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and support. Stay updated on trends in SaaS, and cloud computing to inform strategy. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, , Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in team management in managing team handing enterprise customers for Outbound calling . Excellent Language Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Strong understanding of Software and SaaS platforms . Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cloud companies. Technical certifications in cloud platforms
