About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Account / Medical Sales Executive to join our growing team at United Life Care Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Penang, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare customers, driving sales growth and ensuring the successful delivery of our high-quality medical products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics and other key accounts
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximise sales and increase customer loyalty
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business and retain existing accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a medical / healthcare sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, customer buying behaviours and the competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with decision-makers
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis, forecasting and reporting to track and measure sales performance
  • Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
  • Degree in a related field such as life sciences, marketing or business preferred
