Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager is located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible to lead business development strategy and execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion, identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, represent Koha at key events, workshops, and webinars to promote brand visibility and thought leadership, develop and refine sales pipelines, KPIs, and performance reporting, lead, mentor, and support junior business development team members, develop and execute sales strategies to expand Koha's reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech, legal-tech, or financial services.
• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Networking
• Ability to develop and execute effective Sales Strategies
• Market Analysis and Reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of fintech and legacy planning industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in both
