Manager, Network

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex network environments. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure optimal network performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, deployment, and management of network infrastructure across all sites and data center.
• Design and implement network solutions that support business objectives and ensure high availability.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.
• Manage network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection / prevention systems.
• Oversee network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and project teams to align network strategies with organizational goals.
• Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to networking hardware and services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for network operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians.
