Overview of the Position :
This role is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and long-term success of the agent network within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This individual plays a critical role in shaping and executing strategies that support agent recruitment and retention.
In addition to leading the overall network development strategy, this role oversees the Events & Functions, Network Support, and Incentive Trip teams.
This position requires a strategic thinker, a people-centric leader, and an execution-oriented professional who is passionate about empowering a high-performing network and creating impactful, memorable experiences that drive loyalty and performance.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative :
1. Network Development & Agent Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents across multiple levels.
- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to continually refine recruitment messaging, tools, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment between brand messaging, agent engagement, and recruitment materials.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and continuously improve processes.
2. Leadership & Team Development
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across event planning, incentive trip coordination, and recruitment strategy.Lead the team in organizing and executing impactful events, for instance sales rallies, events, incentive trips and training events.Work closely with cross-country teams and coordinate resources to ensure successful event and campaign execution at targeted country.3.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations on the achievement of leaders, agents and overall network development.Analyse key metrics, including recruitment progress, retention rates, agent performance, and event success, to provide insights and actionable recommendations.Present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the ROI of events, incentive programs, and recruitment efforts.Provide actionable insights based on performance data to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below :
Possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Business / Advertising / Media, others or equivalent.Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin as this role is required to deal with internal and external stakeholder that speak and write in Mandarin.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the MLM industry or direct sales environment.Experienced in event and incentive trip management.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including senior management.Work location : Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
