Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Maintain overall office cleanliness and organization
- Support various departments as needed
