Quality Control Executive (QC)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing intermediate, final, stability products and R&D samples to demonstrate that all products meet all standards required for cGMP, HALAL and ISO operations.
• Perform regular testing on APIs, intermediates and finished products as per SOPs and Standard Test Procedures.
• Prepare quality records, processes and documents, including method development and validation.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in analytical methodology by using HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, ICP, Titration & Gravimetry.
• Assist Senior Executive in managing the laboratory activities.
• Involve in investigation regarding out of specification (OOS) results, address and manage deviations related to analytical procedures and provide updates at daily and weekly meetings.
• Assist in monitoring the laboratory and its safety issues, and to be in strict compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and PIC’s cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
• Monitor sampling in accordance to established Sampling Plan and the standard procedure.
• Facility and equipment qualification / validations / Calibration & Verification / Plan Preventive Maintenance.
• Involve in the Corrective Action and Preventive Action System.
• Involve in investigations of product recall and product complaint.
• Ensure equipment are calibrated accordingly.
