Role and Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market expansion initiatives across both domestic and international territories.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic agents and distributors in targeted regions.
- Conduct comprehensive sales and business performance analysis for key and high-value accounts.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for assigned customer portfolios.
- Perform detailed market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Job Success Requirements
A recognised degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.Prior exposure to sales administration, customer engagement, shipping documentation, and report preparation is highly desirable.Demonstrated reliability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an added advantage.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development activities.Seniority Level
