Job Description
- Welcome, receive and escort patients to doctors.
- Consult and enroll patients for the respective programs.
- Answering patient inquires and transferring calls to direct and departments.
- Systematic follow up with leads / enquiries and convert into active Clients.
- Explain the available procedures clearly to the patient.
- Maintain patient, visitor and staff confidentiality.
- Achieve targeted sales KPI.
