Production Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanDeveloping and implementing production plans to optimize workflow and maximize output Conduct inspection of Precast components before and after casting Undertake pre-pour, post-pour and pre-delivery inspection on all components Analyzing production data and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Calculation and forecasting of manpower planning and materials required for the production
line.
- Order production materials – mesh rebar, cast-in items, moulds, accessories, etc.
- Coordinate with plant RTO for conformity inspection
- Coordinate with subcon supervisor and subcon worker for production running purpose
- Coordinate with maincon and site team to meet project requirements.
- A diploma / degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in precast concrete production or a similar manufacturing
- Knowledge of precast mould design and concrete mix design would be considered an
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
